The Pineapple Hotel - Brisbane

Discovered this little dinner special by pure accident. Got the $13 plus $6 for prawns 200grm rump special. Cooked medium rare as asked, salad fresh and chips hot and crunchy. Simple food done well. UPDATE Went back and had a Parmy and Lasagna. Both pretty solid again.

Had a great lunch with a good old friend from UQ 1965. Excellent tasty seafood basket that included nice crunchy chips and salad for only $16. Great friendly service.

The food was really good, it just need some small adjustments for my taste but not a big deal, a little bit less of butter in the bread an some more minutes in the oven, less onion in the burger, because it’s too sweet (I just took it out) The steak was in the point and the burger was good as well. I love when I go to a restaurant and they have paper straws, that shows somebody is trying to do something better for the environment!

Great lunch deal!!! (Only $12). Food is yum!!! Good environment!! Thanks guys!! We will come back again

We had booked 15 people last week. it had been booked for 6 weeks, with a follow-up phone call I made and left a message two days before the confirmation of the booking. I wanted to call if there were problems. nothing back. the day to meet with the most rude person I have ever met. “We don’t have their booking, and we’re too busy today,” I’m sorry you’re going away in the round. I was directly told by the first booking that if there were any problems I would contact would never hear anything, even if I checked two days before. only then to be met with the rude person I have ever met.
