Aqua Welsh Back - Bristol

I visited this restaurant in October 2021, and it was a lovely place for dinner. We sat outside on the heated terrace, and the ambiance was fantastic! The menu was quite diverse, and we were excited to try a few dishes. I believe we made excellent choices with the pork and lamb! I would happily return the next time I'm in Bristol.

We dined here for the full three-course experience, and it was fantastic. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was beautiful. The main course was incredible, and the desserts were perfectly balanced. The cocktail selection was impressive as well. As for the starter I had, I can wholeheartedly recommend it—it was truly one of the best I’ve ever had. Everything was tender and delicious, especially the braised beef shin, Jerusalem artichoke with smoked garlic purée, and porcini mushrooms.

We received outstanding service from the moment we arrived until we left. The dining experience was exceptional, and the staff were fantastic. This was our second visit since last year, and we had the same wonderful experience. We will definitely return when we're in Bristol.

I eat here often! I never had a bad meal, always fantastic. I love her lunch! They make a offer where they can get a starter and a pornstar and if they still have hunger in a desert! I always go for her peri peri huhn! it's fantastic. for further inspo follow (brestolfooddude) on instagram.

We visited here on Saturday 23rd October 2021. We chose this restaurant by a very happy coincidence. Everywhere else we tried was booked up, so we took a chance on Aqua, and thank the maker we did. It was a fantastic visit. Our waitress was absolutely fantastic, I wish I could remember her name as she deserves a ton of credit. Chatty, attentive, nothing was too much bother for her at all!! The food was utterly delicious too. I had the braised pork cheeks, they were cooked perfectly, so tender and tasty. I highly recommend them! Our waitress found out that my friends and I were celebrating our 50th birthdays and brought us a decorated dessert plate congratulating us on reaching our half centuries. This was, without doubt, the best meal I've had in a very long time. I'd recommend Aqua in a heartbeat!
