Perkins Bakery - Bristol

This restaurant serves excellent food in a very clean environment. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the desserts are amazing! You can't miss the cannoli—buy three and get one free! Their raspberry lemon bars are also a must-try. If you're looking for a hearty breakfast, Perkins is the place to go. The portions are generous, and you definitely won't leave feeling hungry!

Great spot! Conveniently located near the interstate. The place was clean, and the staff was both friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious; we tried the meatloaf and the cod/shrimp dishes. They allowed us to substitute our sides, which was a nice touch. For dessert, we had the caramel apple cake, and it was fantastic. The pie was incredible as well. They even gave me a to-go cup of tea. I will definitely be back!

I've dined here multiple times and have never had a disappointing meal. My most recent visit was so exceptional that it warranted a review. I was unaware that their hours had changed due to the pandemic, and we arrived right as they opened. I felt a bit guilty for being there during that hectic time. However, we were warmly welcomed and received the best meal we've ever had! This restaurant sets a standard that others should aspire to, and we truly appreciated our experience. Highly recommended!

I ate here a lot when I grew up and was honestly back in about 15 years. I and my wife went to lunch the other day and we were both pleasantly surprised. Both got the delicious pepper jacket sandwich and pommes and they were perfectly cooked. Even 6 Muffins on the way we also enjoyed. We'll be back.

Stopped in at 2am to grab something to eat. The restaurant was decently busy for that time, but we were seated in a fair amount of time. The place and tables looked clean and well kept. We ordered the fried pickles, triple egg dare ya, and the cheeseburger and fries. The appetizer was brought out with the food and the wait on the food seemed unreal. The waitress did apologize and explained they were backed up. All the food was cooked perfectly and as ordered. Everything was still hot and worth the wait. It did take awhile to pay for the food and get a to go box, but overall didn't damper the experience. Would definitely go to again when in the area and this location has restored my previously bad experience at another location in North Carolina that turned me off to the franchise.
