Portside Tavern - Bristol

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I really appreciated the variety of menu options, which went beyond the usual fare. We began with the Grill Bree appetizer, which was served with pesto, roasted garlic cloves, and the cutest little red peppers I've ever encountered. I think I would have enjoyed it even more if the baguette slices had been grilled. The Mussels Frites were decent, but both the broth and the fries could have used a bit more seasoning. The location is excellent, and the service was attentive and friendly.

I had one of the best meals in a long time! We enjoyed the pan-seared scallops and the steak tip bowls, both of which were exceptional! Highly recommended!

We've visited this place a few times, and each experience had excellent service. On our first visit, we initially just planned to have a couple of drinks, but the food looked so tempting that we ended up ordering an appetizer, which we were glad we did. Most recently, we stopped in for dinner. While the menu isn't huge, it offers a nice variety with some unique choices. The quality of the food has been outstanding for everything we've tried. They also have a fantastic selection of local craft beers on tap, and the cocktails looked amazing as well.

Delicious lunch. Only my second time here, but definitely back! Beautiful area near water. Unfortunately, it's hard to see the water with all the cars, but nobody's fault. Our server was fantastic!

Really great spot! Food was unique and tasty! Pulled pork pot pie was nuts. Salads and sandwiches were awesome and large portions. Prices we fine. Service was excellent. We were in a hurry and they made sure we got in and out quickly.
