Sakuratani Ramen And Izakaya - Bristol

This is a gem of a restaurant. The Ramen bowls are outstanding!!! The Flamingo appetizer is really good. This is now one of my favorite restaurants, and I can't wait to go back. If I lived in this beautiful neighborhood, I would be a regular for sure!Food: 5/5

The only Ramen place I like within a 50 mile radius of newport. Food and drinks are delicious, owner is a sweetheart, and the atmosphere is sooooo amazing. 10/10Food: 5/5

Enjoyed the takoyaki, fried in Oki mushrooms, and to finish it off ton katsu ramen for my birthday, skillfully prepared meals and a decent vibe.Food: 4/5

Experience was nice for a first time! However, the breakdown of the bill was a bit odd. They included gratuity in a bill for 2 people and then expected a tip as well. The meats were delicious and well marinated. The service was ok many times had to flag down the waiter, but they didn’t helicopter. One server was a lot nicer than the other…Overall, it was a great experience for a first time visit.

They were what they said they were.A friend recommended this place, so expectations were high. If you live local to this place, this is quality ramen, if not the best I’ve tried in the area. We’re from Cranston, so being a 40 minute drive, make sure you’re fiending some good ramen. Sure, there’s places in Newport and Providence to grab a bowl, but this spot is on its own tier.
