The Angry Italian - Bristol

The food and service were both excellent. I'm sad to hear that they will no longer be around.

I had a fantastic dining experience at the Angry Italian. We all ordered different dishes, and they were all exceptional. The only hiccup was that my pizza was overlooked, and it took 50 minutes for it to arrive. However, they made it up to me by comping my meal. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. The staff was attentive, and the atmosphere was great. I'm disappointed to hear they are closing temporarily, but I'm eagerly looking forward to returning when they reopen in 2024. The food was amazing! The pizza had fantastic flavor, and the mozzarella sticks were a hit. My son really enjoyed the meatballs too! It's such a shame that this location is closing down. I've heard rumors that they might reopen somewhere else, so let's hope that's true. My 5-year-old absolutely loves this pizza!

They offer a variety of options of appetizers, pasta, and pizza. Pizza comes in traditional Chicago (thin crust) and deep dish. Deep dish will take at least 45 minutes at minimum. Pizzas can take up to an hour to hour and a half depending upon how busy they are, especially with to go orders. I would go back, however, they are closing at the end of the month. Hopefully they will reopen, even if in a different location.
