Bread Butter - Broad Channel

Sad because I was coming here almost everyday. I haven’t been back in 2 weeks bc of the rude cashier. She is so unbelievably mean, it’s a quick casual place to grab lunch I am not expecting top tier service. But the way she speaks to people is not okay. I will never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone.

Fresh salad; reasonably priced. Great for a quick takeout or bite on-site. Interior is very clean.

I love the idea of this place and it’s extremely orderly but I just stopped in and observed a roach roaming the entirety of a pizza pie.

Very nice place. Food was good. Cozy dining area upstairs. The day we visited it was a little warm up stairs. Would definitely recommend checking this place out. If you can't find something to eat here you must not be hungry.

I've been going to this place for about 5 years, but the customer service from the cashiers has drastically changed within the last few months. I am not sure if the owner/manager of this place is aware of the situation, but the rudeness from the 2 ladies in the register is bad. Initially, I thought maybe they were getting used to this new place because they looked inexperienced when packing my food. For instance, they would put my cup of orange juice and coffee inside of a plastic bag. I asked for a paper bag, and the cashier handed in the bag to me to do it myself, which is fine she had a line behind me, so I did it myself. The second time, I was trying to insert my cc in the machine to pay, and she kept saying just tap tap tap in a rude way. This 2nd time, I also let it pass. On a 3rd incident, I came with my plate of food from the buffet, and she said put it on the scale in a very rude way. I am sorry, but I am not sure why the cashiers have an attitude.
