Írjon visszajelzéstVery confusing chain process to get food. Too many people behind counter trying to serve multiple customers simultaneously like a confusing game of telephone. I asked for a veggie roti with veggie rice/pumpkin on the side n she asked me if I want nan and I said yes. I had just come from a NACA workshop so I was still focused on that. I get to the car n I have white rice with a spoonful of pumpkin for $10. I walked back to the store n told them what I ordered. She turns and gives me a pre packaged paper bag. I thought it was the veggie roti. It was the nan. Oh well,
Highly recommend as one of if not the best West Indian restaurant in Queens Village. Great leadership, friendly staff and most importantly delicious dishes served daily.
Delicious food, a great amount of options, reasonable pricing, convenient location and business hours. My family and I enjoy getting our usual, bara, roti, bake, and some Guyanese style vegetables as well as baked items from Fazee's Delight but have been so pleased when trying different things on the menu/available for purchase when visiting in store. They make an excellent version of tuna sandwich, fish sandwich, cook up, baked chicken, and pasta. And we washed it down with some ginger beer : All at reasonable prices.
Since the restaurant opened up, the customer service dropped significantly . The owner was disgustingly rude. The staff doesn’t even acknowledge you when you walk in and you end up waiting half an hour just to get through.Opening up a business comes with people skills , customer service and the ability to work well under pressure which this business lacks . I’m either waiting 1/2 hour for my order or going back and fourth with the staff. I will gladly take my business elsewhere . Besides the dhal puri the rest of the food isn’t even that great I’m sorry to say.
Amazing staff.. very posable to deal with. Prices are fair. The variety of foods are excellent.
