Henan Feng Wei - Broad Channel

Somewhat hidden as it is in the lower level of the building. It's a small place with limited seating. The owners were very nice. I ordered the hand pulled beef noodle soup. It was as I remembered getting in cental China. Prices are fair for the amountof food. Would definitely eat here multiple times.

Amazing cumin lamb burger! Would definitely come back for that but I also had the lamb noodle soup and it was just alright. Not much lamb in the soup and the broth was pretty bland. But the cumin burger though.. that was so good!

If you like watery broth with a lamb funk, this place is for you. I got just the noodle soup and lamb burger. The lamb burger was fine (and by itself is pretty filling). This is the first meal in a long time where I had a few bites and then stopped to look for a better use of my stomach space. If you start with lackluster broth, no amount of chili oil, vinegar, white pepper and salt can fix it.Cash only.

Got the cumin lamb burger and lamb huimian. Really really good. Huimian broth benefits from extra salt and chili oil (both on the table).

Had pork skin jelly and lamb burger based on reviews here so good! You can see them hand pulling noodles in the kitchen while eating (too full already for noodles this time… ! So sorry to further bump the star rating towards 5 stars with a good review from a non Asian, but this isn’t a hipster place promise, it is really good!
