Romeo's in Broadview Hts always has delicious food and great customer services quick delivery also I highly recommend

They don’t know how to deal with stress at all. I was told 30 min and after almost an hour they tell me it’ll be another 25 so I had them refund my money and left so didn’t even get a chance to try it. I didn’t see one person come in whose order was fully correct they messed up on at least one thing for every order I saw. And they’d get way too pissed. Deal with angry problems before you make pizza.

Picked the pizza up on time but the pizza was cold . Barely any pizza sauce and the mozzarella sticks were doughy and not cooked on one side and burnt on the other side. Terrible dinner was a waste of money and calories.

I’m at a loss for words. Rough blizzard outside just wanted some good food from my favorite pizza spot in my hometown that I haven’t had for a while. How high do you have to be to not put the vanilla icing on the cinnamon sticks or even on the side? Who eats these without the icing? Lol. The pizza and breadsticks looked good but were so dry. I read the reviews before I ordered to see how the shop is doing under new management and honestly I hate to say it but I should have trusted myself with the recent reviews. Probably won’t be back. This was not good. Cinnamon sticks were literally rock hard as well. Going right in the garbage. All 3 orders were super dry.
