Wayback Burgers - Broadview Heights

08/13/2023, went to use the bathroom before ordering. Couldn 't wash my hands when I was finished using the toilet because soap was empty. Things happen, occasionally soap runs out... Went into women 's bathroom (they 're single person occupancy so gender doesn 't matter in this scenario)... Women 's room was also out of soap... I question the store why both were empty as a bathroom check should of been done before the store opened... All I got was yes they 're both out of soap to which I responded with, I can 't eat here if there 's no soap .... They tried to let me use their sink behind the counter and I said no, walked out to Jersey Mike 's and washed my hands there. Avoid this location at all costs as they lack simple sanitary measures

Totally caught by surprise. Absolute BEST BURGER IVE HAD TO DATE. I don't leave reviews but there's no way the perfection of that burger could go unnoticed. Very friendly and active staff. Great lemonade. PLEASE do you and your tastebuds a favor and stop by Wayback Burgers. You will not regret it. They even have gourmet salads if you choose to take it light. AWESOME PLACE!!!

For the 's spent, the burger was bland. Onion rings same. The best part was the milk shake. Could not order the keylime special shake online though so just ordered chocolate. Disappointed.Parking: Small parking lot for I think, 5 businesses, would be tough to park if a busy day.

Stopped on a whim driving home from a trip, so glad we did. Oreo milkshake was fantastic! The classic burger and onion rings were really good too! The bathrooms were also really clean!

I paid roughly $20 for a double cheeseburger and a side order of onion rings, and it was poorly executed at best. The bacon was uncooked on the burgers. The mushrooms were canned not sautéed and the bun from the picture makes it seem as though it’s on a sourdough bun but they actually just took two regular hamburger buns and flipped them Over, they put the top of the bun on the inside of the burger and the inside of the bun on the outside of the burger, so I was nothing really special. I feel like it was a rip off
