Dunkin' Donuts - Brockton

Unlike many Dunkin' locations, this one managed to make my macchiato perfectly without burning the espresso, which made it delicious. However, I did have an issue with my order: my coffee was labeled as original when it should have been decaf. This meant I had to return and wait in line again to inform them about the mistake and get a replacement. When I finally reached the window, the staff member insisted she had made it decaf; it was just the cup that was mislabeled. This experience felt like a waste of time, and now I'm uncertain about whether my drink is actually decaf. It’s quite frustrating, especially since I rely on accurate labeling to avoid caffeine. I urge you to pay more attention to drink labels, as it’s crucial for customers like me!

It was efficient; I got my coffee and bagel sandwich in the morning, and I was a happy camper.

I visit this place every day and usually enjoy excellent service, as most of the staff know me well. However, today was different—I'm not sure if it was due to new employees or something else, but whenever I made a request, I was told that they either didn't have it or that they no longer carry it. For instance, I asked for a refresher with coconut milk, and I was informed that they don’t make that anymore, despite having purchased one just two days ago. The employee seemed annoyed when I asked when that policy had changed. The morning and mid-shift staff are fantastic, but I'm not so sure about the afternoon crew. Despite this experience, I plan to continue coming here as it’s part of my daily routine; I’ll just make sure to visit earlier in the day.
