Ihop - Brockton

The restaurant had a clean and quiet atmosphere. The service was fast and friendly, which made for a great experience.

Joe, the manager at IHOP, is undoubtedly one of the best people I've ever encountered! I'm definitely returning to this IHOP just because of him!

I was instructed to give my feedback. The food was well-prepared, but my takeout order was poorly packed. My meal came with several refillable items like sour cream and salsa, but half of the toppings were missing. The ones that were included were stuck together in a clump because the person who prepared my order had thrown in an open container of pancake syrup. Additionally, my main dish was missing as well. I returned to the restaurant, but the missing items weren't noticed until I got home. The staff definitely needs some serious retraining. How hard is it to ensure that everything needed in the bag is actually included?

Customer service is well needed here to train these ppl at the front. No acknowledgement therefore do not expect a greeting. Rude to their finest! The wait time, is ridiculous. There’s too many ppl in the front with the pad thinking they know how to run a busy place but they obviously don’t. Tables have been dirty for as long as we were there for which it was about 45 minutes. Since I’ve sat at this table and had to ask for coffee because that’s how bad their waitress are!!!!! Not to mentioned, the burned pancakes…HORRIBLERISIMO!!!!!!! Never again ?

I love ihop. I mean I crave this restaurant and each time we visit Boston (or any other place that has an ihop) we make sure to visit at least once. This ihop location is one of my favorite. The staff is always so friendly. The portions are humongous and I liked the fact that they now serve u the syrup in individual containers (you can ask for as many as you want). My daughter loves thes fact that you can order non breakfast items for breakfast. The staff is always willing to swap out items to accommodate what kids want in their plate and do it with a smile.
