Subway - Brockville

Like other reviews have described, it largely depends on who is serving you. Some sandwich artists are polite competent, some are rude have difficulty understanding the order, which may just be a language barrier issue. Their new paper bags, while functional, are also dangerously sharp!

Great service and subs. The cookies could use more time in the oven. Lady who made my sandwich was quite friendly and added a lot of everything just the way I like it.Didn't appreciate being asked for a tip when I paid for a second drink. Drinks are also super expensive. I recommend walking to the dollar store and save a few dollars on drinks.Open 24 hours!Kid-friendliness: They offer milk as a drink, and kids can customize their own sub.

I work in the construction industry and was on the night shift last week. I came to this Subway with a coworker late at night since it's one of the few places open that late. Thank goodness for Subway! It was my first time at this particular location since I was only in town for work that week, but they were fantastic, just like most 24-hour Subways. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, joking around with us. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and the service was quick!

Lost an iPhone and the gentleman who works there went out of his way to send us the iPhone back by mail.
