Chili's Grill - Broken Arrow

Our team stopped in for dinner and we weren’t disappointed! Service was great and professional. Food and drinks came quickly. Everyone was happy with their meals and we all left with full bellies. I look forward to the next time.

Had a $50 Be our guest credit from a bad experience at a different location 2 years ago... finally made it to the Broken Arrow location to redeem was pleasantly surprised. The food this time was amazing the service was 5 stars!! Thanks for making things great!

I used to frequent Chili's years ago, but it just isn't as good as it used to be. This visit, however, was a good one. I got the chicken crispers dinner with fries and corn on the cob. The corn wasn't seasoned as good as it used to be; the same goes for the fries. The chicken tenders were good. I finished off supper with their Molten Chocolate Cake, which is always a winner.

Took my family to a day early mothers day lunch. We were seated and given drinks then forgotten about for 30 minutes. While tables around us were given service we did not even get our chips and salsa. No one came to take take our order for our meal as a group of 5 or six employees sat and were hanging out on and around the bench in the entrance. After a few more minutes we decided to walk to the front to ask for our check for our drinks because they had seemed to forget about us.

The employees there are excellent at customer service. Katelyn greeted us with open arms and made us feel super comfortable and at home. We were treated with excellence! Thank you so much for being a great restaurant! Terry and Renee
