Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Broken Arrow

Awesome food and smoothies! Had a Flatbread and smoothies and it was very good. Love the atmosphere and staff was great!

Tried for the first time and loved their Smoothies. Great service and fresh ingredients.

I ordered a smoothie and some quesadillas. I didn't get any straw I thought it would happen on other reviews I read. Apparently, I should drag the smoothie in my mouth with my hands. Even if I spend $7 on a Quesadilla, I want the whole tortilla to be filled with its contents. Not only the middle.

I love this place! Although there isn?t a Jamba Juice near me, this is a great alternative. I always get the jetty punch with the classic grilled cheese sandwich. It?s a little slow in the drive-tru, but other than that, the smoothies and food are good and the staff are nice.

Worst service I have ever received. Is This location is fully staffed by teenagers with no supervision. My experience included being ignored as I stood at the counter for a few minutes, not a single word was said by the girl ringing us up. I said Hello, was met with a dead stare, proceeded to order, continued dead stare, I only knew she was done ringing us up because the card reader lit up. Sat down she made our smoothies, also said nothing, we awkwardly went to the counter and read the name on cups. Some nice boys brought a completely wrong order, probably was rung up incorrect. They fixed our order and actually spoke to us like we were humans. Use the drive through with caution!!! Food was good, would be a great place if tropical smoothie would hire some employees that are capable of doing the bare minimum. Also, I?ve door dashed from here twice and both times parts of my order were missing and they got the order wrong. Ridiculous.
