Willowbrook Garden Centre - Bromsgrove

I visited today and was not very impressed. It took a long time to get a drink at the café, even though there were only three people in line and just one lady making the drinks. I walked around the store and noticed a lot of Christmas stock, but at least 80% of it was unpriced and not marked! This seemed to be a common concern among other visitors I spoke with. It's a shame because many people were eager to buy, but they couldn't find any staff available to provide pricing information.

The breakfast here is excellent, set in a charming ambiance, and there are plenty of delightful treats to entice you.

We chose Willowbrook as the location for a lunch gathering of ten former colleagues, and it was a great choice. The food was freshly prepared, of high quality, beautifully presented, and reasonably priced. I want to give a special thanks to Tracey for making sure everything was arranged to accommodate our group.

Owner manager is completely Rude, I've tried to contact him about placing an order and I don't know if he's worried someone's after him for money but I've had excuse after excuse why he can't come to the phone, left my number numerous times and still here hasn't called back. What a way to run a business Simon so I'll take my business elsewhere and save your staff from lying anymore on your behalf!!!

Thank you to Tracey and all the team In the cafe. They helped us with a baby shower. Really looked after us and made the area really pretty. The only negative is the actual centre There is too much stuff on the shop floor. Got too silly. Looks messy and can 't get to the cafe easily.
