I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times and have also visited in person. I can say that the flavor is consistently amazing every time. The drinks are great and the atmosphere is very relaxed. The service is pleasant and quick. I did have one incident where my food was not done as usual, but the manager quickly resolved the issue without hesitation. I highly recommend this place. The Mofongo de pernil and the Aguacate Relleno de camarones are the best ever. Enjoy!

The mashed potatoes were bland, the portion of shrimp scampi was very small, and the grilled veggies were more like burnt veggies.

First impression was this restaurant is beautiful. However, I was extremely upset to find out that when my husband and I went here for our 1 year anniversary they charged us a service fee of %18 percent. 18%! I thought this was automatic tip! I asked our waitress very nicely if the tip was included she said no. In awe I asked her, so what is this charge? She told me this was like a cover charge to get in and is irreversible and that she was unable to take off. She then said this is a group charge, that the owner put on that charges guest 18% fee after 6pm. I thought this was outrageous. We went to dinner at 9pm and it was just the two of us not a group . This charge should have been put on after 11pm once the restaurant turns into a lounge not when people are eating. This was not a good experience, especially for being our first time. I am also disappointed that on nowhere did it say we would be charged 18% service fee. This establishment never mentioned the fee on the menu, website, or on open table.
