Everytime I order from here it doesnt disappoint ..

How do I start I'm very disappointed I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and was told it would be freshly made and the service was best a 3. When the cake was open and we sang Happy Birthday ? and we cut the cake to give to our guest the cake was hard as hell not soft and the guest were all surprised and confused. I was so embarrassed and upset ? that I wanted to rush to this incompetence place to go and get my money back and throw the whole cake at the baker. They ruined a special moment. I don't have a clue why the cake was so hard, but it was not at all fresh. I will never patronize this bakery and will also never recommend them.

I wish I can give 0 star, today was the worst experience I've ever had when it comes to food. I found a cockroach in my coffee the worst part was that I noticed after I was done drinking it when I was going to drink my last sip I noticed the cockroach I couldn't believe it I threw up and took the cup to the bakery and let them know what happen I didnt want no money back I would never buy from there ever again.

This place is really not the same anymore. I asked for scrambled eggs got sunny side, my toast had NO BUTTER. My homefries were NOT IT. The lady forced 3 meals 3 oatmeals and 2 coffes in a bag the coffe was spillin over in the bag. Another lady there was given her bag which had melted on the spot and her items spilled. She told the lady to give her a new bag because she didnt properly secure her HOT food in a brown bag first and she literally went back and forth with her instead of just apologizing and securing her food
