Haagen-dazs - BRONXVILLE

Ice cream is nice but seriously overpriced. Normally I don't mind a regular shake at $9 for an occasional treat for my son. However, what I really object to is service staff with attitude. I've been here on several occasions and every time they are unfriendly, and aloof. They made me feel like they were doing me a huge favour by serving me. Message for the management, please work on your staffs professionalism, attitude and customer service at the Bronxville site. Smiling at customers won't break their faces. I'm reluctant to return to this store when I met with couldn't care less, unfriendly service staff.

Came in here the other day for ice cream and the staff couldn't be more uninviting. Im not sure if it was because we weren't wearing masks or what, but they were rude from the get go. We both got a small cup of their ice cream one Belgian chocolate and one mint chip and the total was $15 for small sad little bowls of ice cream. Overrated. Overpriced. Won't be back.

Came here on this rainy Friday evening. The shop is modern, the staff is very nice and helpful and the ice cream is delicious! I only gave this location 4 stars because even though the shop is beautiful, its unfortunately dirty! Tables were dirty and sticky, floors were covered in sprinkles and garbage. I was honestly shocked, 3 employees and not one noticed this to clean it immediately?! A food establishment should not be a dirty place to eat your food. Very upsetting over that!

Cute shop on the corner near the train station in Bronxville. It's newly renovated and it looks very modern and clean. There is street parking available. It's kind of small but it does have a couple of spots to sit but during a hot day in the summer better off just taking the ice cream and leaving. The menu is clear and they have a lot of different types of ice cream. The ice cream is so rich and creamy. It doesn't feel heavy like other types of ice cream brands. The flavor is rich. They offer shakes, cakes, mini cupcakes and more! You can also order a cake for an event and more! The staff were friendly. It was slow yesterday so we didn't have to wait long to get our order. The ice cream is a bit pricey but it's the best ice cream and one of my favorites! Only one recommendation is that they should have out door seating especially for the summer!

Absolutely disappointed with the customer service. The manager or owner, whoever he was is incredibly rude. I accidentally placed an order through Grubhub for the wrong location and when they pointed that out to me, the workers refused to help or fill the order. I asked them if they could please just honor the order as I work at a restaurant a block down and can not pick up from the other location and I was denied. The man wouldn’t even come over and look at me as he repeatedly said no. So now I lose money. Absolutely ridiculous!!
