Absolutely delicious! The staff is incredibly friendly as well! Cousins is a fantastic spot to enjoy some amazing food!

Run all the time through the ride-thru for a quick lunch. I never had a problem with my order. It's always right and the staff was always friendly. I'll go on regularly. Thank you. Cousins for your great service!!

I've been coming to this restaurant for many years, and this is the fourth time I'm sharing the same experience. I ordered a bag of chips that contained only five chips. I immediately sensed something was off before I even opened it, and yet I've never received a response to my concerns! I see you reading reviews on Yelp, but that's not helping much. It’s completely inappropriate to serve drinks through the drive-thru window like that! The first time I visited, the person at the window was nice, but now it seems like something has changed, and the service feels lacking. Please consider getting rid of the top cup!

We ordered three subs along with fries and drinks, but unfortunately, two of them were made incorrectly. One was supposed to have only a light spread of mayo, but it was overloaded, oozing out from all sides. The other sub was meant to be free of tomatoes, yet it ended up with what seemed like extra. The only sandwich that was accurate was the meatball, which is pretty hard to mess up. After spending over $50, it was disappointing not to receive our correct order. Unfortunately, since we went through the drive-thru, we weren't able to have them remade.
