Buckley's Bar Restaurant - Brooklyn

Grew up in the area and went back on a recent trip. Great friendly Brooklyn service. Delicious food (kind of old school). Had a nice table outside.

The steaks are absolutely the best I have ever had. The staff are very attentive. Love the atmosphere.

Had dinner with friends, friendly staff, was seated quickly, food came out on time and was delicious, highly recommend.

YEARS AGO The prime rib on the weekends was amazing! I use to go with my Uncle Jack years ago. I even saved a woman from choking to death once because she bit off more than she can chew. I mean, the food was a class act. Sad to say, those days are gone. I waited an hour for a med. rare steak and there was only 3 tables there. It came to me burnt on one side and the waitress? Clearly intoxicated. My Gibson Martini only had 2 onions, not 3! I have some great memories there, but now... They are just memories. Bad all the way around... And I really loved this place years ago.I brougfht my family there, embarrassing.

We used to dine here often but the food quality went down. We haven't bothered going back in years. The restaruant is dark and dated.
