C-xique Cafe - Brooklyn

I used to love this restaurant when I worked in the area, giving it a 5-star rating. I decided to go there for breakfast today all the way from East Harlem just for their chilaquiles verdes with eggs. Unfortunately, they informed me that they no longer serve that dish, so I left. I found it disappointing that they were not truthful, as I later discovered that the dish is still available for delivery orders on their menu.

During our stay at the Days Inn, my mother and I decided to have a quick hot breakfast at the hotel restaurant. We both ordered the egg, cheese, bacon, and avocado omelet, which was served with buttered white toast and home fries. The total for our two platters came to $26. Unfortunately, we found that the eggs were overcooked and the omelet was lacking in seasoning. Additionally, the home fries had no seasoning on them at all.

This establishment serves the best egg sandwich and coffee in the area.

The food was excellent, the staff was amazing, and the restaurant provided a cozy and inviting atmosphere for a delicious meal.

Great spot for authentic Mexican cuisine! If I lived nearby, I would definitely eat here every day. Thank you!
