What an incredible place to have in the neighborhood! Deli meats and cheeses are out of this world and the small grocery section is fantastic. The butchers were incredibly helpful in choosing a leg of lamb for a holiday meal. Next visit, I look forward to trying a sandwich or breakfast burrito.

Just got back from getting my meat for tonight's dinner. It's only my second time there since I found them last week, but I already feel like a regular. The butchers are friendly and knowledgable. The staff is always right there to answer any questions. I feel like I have been going there for years! Last week I cooked up some of their pork chops with some great cooking tips, and they were some of the best chops my wife and I have ever eaten! I also bought a steak for myself for lunch and I have to tell you, I could taste the happy. Trying some of their bacon and ribs this time around and I know they won't disappoint. Welcome to the neighborhood, such a great addition and much needed!

This place is the gold standard for neighborhood specialty shops; the quality of products mixed with the knowledge of the staff is truly top notch. Worth visiting even if you don 't live in the 'hood!

Delicious coffee, fine cheese, gorgeous sandwiches and some of the finest butcherie I have ever laid on a grill (the sausage is mind-blowing). Aaron knows his **** and it shows. Do yourself a favor and GO HERE..!

Foster (the owner) is very knowledgeable about cheese and wants you to try before you buy. The meat is top notch and delicious! The also carry baguette and sourdough from L'imprimerie. So happy this opened in our hood!
