Wendy's - Brooklyn

The food I ordered was fresh! and the woman behind the counter I think she was the manager or the superior. I didn't catch her name, but she was very helpful and very friendly, it was nice to enjoy the conversation with the staff at such a rainy day. many thanks that they make my day a little better vegetarian options: I have never complained about wendys Veggie options because I don't expect much, but eating was delicious and fresh! child-friendly: it makes me always happy to visit a place where the personal little child recognizes, again the manager I believe. she was excellent and spoke tenderly and attentively with my son.

I really don't dine in just Drive thru. Food is usually fresh beside a handful of times. The staff is also a hit of miss. Most of the times they are friendly good service.Food: 4/5

I placed a mobile order prior to going there. When I arrived the drive thru line was almost out onto Atlantic so I went inside to pick up my order. People that came in after me and ordered live got their food and left before I got my order. Staff was unprofessional and when I asked to have my order canceled because I was standing there for 25 minutes, the manager didn’t acknowledge me when she was called over to do so. I left without the food and called the 800 number to complain and get a refund. Never again.

I have no idea what her problem is there's just one woman who works there on the morning. And for some reason she decided to make it her purpose to never actually do her job and prepare all the ingredients required for all of the breakfast foods just because you work in the black neighborhood doesn't mean you get to act in such a manner you still are an industry Cooperative as such when you are expected to do something you will do it it is not you do not feel to do it it is not all the ovens off because I don't want to turn it on it is you have a job you are paid now shut up and do it. I don't know who the manager at the Wendy's on Atlantic Avenue and Logan. But there's a black woman who works breakfast at your establishment and she needs to be fired because every day I have come to that restaurant she has disappointed me.

I am not a frequent eviewer but I had really really bad experience today. Worst drive though ever, manner less employees. There were only 4 cars ahead of me but it took 50 minutes to reach the window. And after reaching to window, he told me my order was not there so he start retaking it and when I complained about it he told me with attitude it gonna be ready in 2 mins do I want it or not. Okey I waited but when I get my food after 8 mins surprisingly the food was very cold and he forgot to give me soda. And when I complained about it he asked me to wait in-front and said one of their employee will show up with hot food but they never showed up. The guy at the window seems intoxicated. I threw that food in garbage. If a fast food restaurant can’t serve good than why they open it late night. Horrible experience.
