Wendy's - Brooklyn

I had a really disappointing experience at Wendy's. I waited for over half an hour for my order, and it seemed like everyone around me was confused and frustrated. There was a noticeable lack of urgency, even though many of us had been waiting for an extended time. This was on August 1, 2023, around 5:50 PM, and the crew working then really fell short. It was terrible.

The chicken sandwich was incredibly fresh, which is hard to come by these days. The service was exceptionally quick as well. Overall, I would rate the food a 5 out of 5.

I have to start by saying the staff was quite rude. I placed a mobile order for pickup in the drive-thru, but after waiting almost 10 minutes, I was informed that they do not accept drive-thru mobile orders. So, I went inside and waited another 8 minutes, only to receive my food cold because nearly 20 minutes had passed. They offered to prepare my food again, but just as I was about to ask the staff for assistance, they attended to another customer instead. I really wouldn't recommend this place; my experience here was disappointing. In the end, I ended up throwing my food away because it was too cold.

The food I ordered was fresh! and the woman behind the counter I think she was the manager or the superior. I didn't catch her name, but she was very helpful and very friendly, it was nice to enjoy the conversation with the staff at such a rainy day. many thanks that they make my day a little better vegetarian options: I have never complained about wendys Veggie options because I don't expect much, but eating was delicious and fresh! child-friendly: it makes me always happy to visit a place where the personal little child recognizes, again the manager I believe. she was excellent and spoke tenderly and attentively with my son.

I really don't dine in just Drive thru. Food is usually fresh beside a handful of times. The staff is also a hit of miss. Most of the times they are friendly good service.Food: 4/5
