Wendy's - Brooklyn

I've always been a big fan of Wendy's compared to other fast food options. I've been using the drive-thru here, and so far, I have no complaints. The service is quick, and the staff is friendly.

I want to express my gratitude to "Fahana" (not entirely sure about the spelling) for her outstanding service this morning! I visited the drive-thru for breakfast and was limited to the cash I had in my car after losing my debit card. Already feeling stressed about my card and getting to work, I didn’t realize I had ordered more than I could afford with the cash I had. Fahana went above and beyond to make things work with what I had. Thank you so much! A warm meal and coffee truly helped me start my day on a positive note. Kindness really makes a difference right now! I plan to "pay it forward" at the first opportunity. She deserves to be recognized!

Really? Is that all I receive? You could have at least included one fresh, small piece. This is terrible!

They really need to redesign the place new management the windows and clean the restaurant they get new furnitureall workers need customer service training they are not friendly at all. years ago this place was more child-friendly, they had weed balloons and it was cleaner now his way to the dogs. but his meals are good. they only need a lot of help in cleanliness. health department should conduct a random review if they ask me
