McDonald's - Brooks

Worst service ever, girls up front, not taking orders, instead having a great party in whatever language they were speaking. It took probably 15 or so mins to get my order at 1pm today and it was not even busy. The place was a disgusting mess. I'll never be back, and I urge all to join me

I've been eating at the Brooks location for many years. I've honestly only had positive experiences. One shift manager in particular, Ben, is fantastic. He is well-loved by customers and staff alike, and genuinely cares about customer experiences. The Brooks location is very active in local events, and has been a strong community supporter for years.

We stopped to quickly order breakfast. There was no line up at the drive through and one person ahead of us at the till. It took almost 20 minutes before we got two meals and a mcmuffin. If you are in a hurry, do NOT stop at this McDonalds. This is not the first time we experienced slow service here.

We stopped here for lunch on Friday, I must say the service was fast. My food was very fresh. This restaurant was very clean. The counter person was very friendly. This restaurant has the best place for kids to play.

Recently closed due to infestation of roaches. Can't get an order right to save lives. Slow as a turtle. 35 bucks to feed 3 people. What's to like? I don't like mcdonalds to start with but this place is horrid.
