M&j Donair - Brooks

Delicious food and great service! Had worked in Brooks on a construction job and the boys were on the spot at this place! Very friendly staff and huge portions, must definitely pass and give this place a try!

Definitely not a top quality donair place. Hygiene is poor, I’ve gotten sick eating here on multiple occasions. I’ve tried multiple items on the menu which were always a hit or miss. If you’re looking for authentic shawarma and donairs then this is not even close. The quality of their food and service is inconsistent, not to mention long wait times.

Called around 630pm to place an order. Was told when I called that only donairs would be available to order, nothing else on the menu would be available as they were closing right away. (Website states that they are open until 9pm) Picked up my order of 2 donairs, and when I got home, quickly realized that the orders were both wrong. This is a business that is lacking in customer service, and doesn't seem like they want people's business at all. They certainly don't strive to keep their customers happy.

Stopped in here was craving a donair. There was nobody in this place and I went to order a donair and first off the lady said they only have big or jumbo donairs so okay I’ll get a jumbo one. So I said that and she was ready to take my money. I asked about toppings on my donair and they said they had nothing to put in them. Which seems pretty lame so I did not order anything.

Maybe I hit them on an off day, but they didn't have anything.... No chicken for shawarma, fries, or even lettuce. The garlic sauce was good but definitely questioned how long it had been sitting out.... Sorry but I won't be back to this place
