Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Brooksville

I have ordered online from this restaurant multiple times, and each time my sandwich, fries, and drink take over thirty minutes to arrive. I do not recommend this restaurant chain because of the incredibly long wait times and multiple instances of missing items in my order.

I wanted to commend the manager of this restaurant. My order was delivered incorrectly, so I returned to the store to get the missing items. The manager not only replaced the entire order for us, but also went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Additionally, he was very kind and the food quality was excellent. We will definitely be returning to dine here again.

My husband and I stopped with our son and daughter after our son's baseball practice. It was close to closing time, so we tried to order and eat quickly. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service and delicious food at this restaurant. The restaurant was clean, and the food was fresh, hot, and tasty. The general manager took our order, and another worker from the kitchen checked in on us during our meal. We mentioned that we used to come often but stopped because of the previous management. The worker recognized us from a previous visit, thanked us for returning, and even gave our children some cookies and apples. These small gestures made our experience outstanding, and we will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

That was not sharp. the workers claim they don't make it very sharp anymore. could hardly taste the difference between regular and spicy. also the red beans will not come back, and reis was bland.

McKayla was phenomenal, she took a decidedly unfavorable situation beyond her control of little to no menu items due to a truck not delivering on Saturday and ensured I was a happy customer with what ingredients she did have on hand. I was thoroughly impressed with her ability to overcome a terrible situation and am sure to return due to her exemplary customer service.
