Arby's - Broomfield

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I wasn't able to dine inside, only use the drive-thru. My sandwich buns were squashed and there were only two paper-thin slices of meat inside. I felt like I could have made a better sandwich at home. The food quality was not up to par, so I will not be returning.

The new burgers at this restaurant are disappointing. The burger I received was overcooked and sloppily assembled, not matching the menu picture. My order was also incorrect as I asked for ranch sauce on the side. The beef had good flavor, but our fries were forgotten and we weren't given ketchup or napkins. The service was also lacking, with an older lady at the window being sarcastic when I requested Arby's sauce. Overall, I was not pleased with the experience.

The Diablo spicy chicken sandwich was quite tasty, with just the right amount of heat. The service was fast as well.

The lady taking everyone's order is a real ray of sunshine!! She's properly one of the rudest people I've ever met. She's not wearing a name tag, she maybe a manager.

Contrary to what Google Maps and Apple Maps say, they are not open dine-in/take out! If you?re walking or looking for somewhere to sit down, you?ll need to go somewhere else. I?ve used the drive thru a few times and they are above average on accuracythough and the staff is friendly. The woman I talked to today was probably the least friendly on the staff I?ve interacted withat this location. I?d probably normally give it 4 stars but the experience today cost a star.
