Írjon visszajelzéstMy husband and I used to live in Thornton before moving back home to California. Now we're moving to Kansas. So...we left Kansas this morning and added an extra 90 miles to our route just to come to this place!! We couldn't remember the name, only the location and it's been at least 10 years. Omg the food is still great. We ordered the Tempura Calamari and vegetable app, chicken Panang and Chicken Pad Thai and it is perfect! I completely recommend this place. I wish the owners were here so I could tell them. If you're anywhere near here you should stop by.
Very happy with our first dining experience here. We were seated quickly with menus and water brought to the table with no hesitation. I got in just before a rush and the crowd was handled politely and quick by the wait staff Our waiter was polite and helpful with the few question I had about a couple dishes. Even with the rush our food and other tables food was brought out quickly and hot no waiting or like warm food. They have a varied menu and it was nice to have a couple different cuisine options in one sitting. The curry was mild but flavorful and veggies cooked completely through but not mushy. Sushi was slightly misshapen but tasted great, best I've had in a while in Colorado. Only got a pic of the curry plate. The garlic rice could have been a bit more garlicy but that's a personal taste, I'll order it again and ask for more garlic.
I ordered from here the other night through DoorDash because the photos of the food look phenomenal and the place has some great reviews. Well that was NOT reflective of my experience. I ordered the teriyaki tofu with veggies and a side of garlic rice. The tofu dish smelled HORRIBLY spoiled and inedible the moment I opened the lid. After stirring through it with my fork trying to find some veggies and where the stench was coming from I could see BLACK SPOTS THROUGHOUT ON VARIOUS PIECES OF TOFU I can only assume was mold and they chopped it up, cooked it, and let it be delivered anyway. DISGUSTING. All the food was subpar and gross. This place will never get another dollar of my money.
Ordered Red Curry from here. An atrocious stink wafted to my face upon opening the container! It literally smelt like they boiled dirty underwear in the curry. I cannot eat this. My daughter said her fried rice tasted bad too. I absolutely love curry. This one is so watery and foul smelling. I can't believe that good can smell like this. Will never order from here again...
Slightly overpriced. Nigiri was good quality. The vegetables udon with tofu was $10.50 for a smaller size bowl. Way overpriced for udon. We came during happy hour, so it made it a little better. Our waiter seemingly forgot 2 of the nigiri items that we ordered. The unagi arrived after we were all done eating and only after reminding our waiter. After he brought the unagi, I said I never got my octopus . So long after my wife was done eating, I was still waiting for octopus nigiri. When it finally arrived, it was very weird. This is the first time I 've ever had octopus nigiri bathed in eel sauce. Every sushi restaurant where I 've ever ordered octopus, the octopus has always been just dry on rice, like it 's supposed to be. This one showed up just like unagi, soaked in sweet eel sauce, only cold. Very weird. Not good. Pros: Good happy hour specials Decent tasting nigiri Easy parking Cons: Average priced nigiri during happy hour, but way overpriced soup Service seemingly scatterbrained We would come here again, but only during happy hour.
