My husband and I held an event there this month and we cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our time at Pinsetter! Our guests are still talking about the great time that was had! The music, the food, the atmosphere were all TOP TIER! Even after experiencing some technical difficulties, the team showed such outstanding customer service and support! We will be back! Updated bowling alley. It is clean, fun, has a friendly staff and updated working equipment. Easy to find the right ball for everyone in your party

If I could give this review a 0 I would! I feel so upset, frustrated, angry, discriminated! Went yesterday with my brother and a group of friends (teenagers). We played, ordered food and had a good time. When the bill came, I paid for everything. I planning on tipping the waitress in cash but thankfully I realized that on the receipt the tip was already included. I was wondering why that was included and a specific amount that I had not approved and went to ask the manager or person in charge. My friends and I don't speak fluent English, however, we tried the best possible to ask the manager about the added tip on our bill. He was so rude and racist ! He started yelling at us in front of other customers, also stated we were being rude when we were only asking questions about our bill. He ended up kicking us out of the bowling alley. While we were waiting outside of the bowling alley for our ride, he came outside and told us to leave his property ! I have no idea why we were treated this way but I will not step foot there again! !
