Family Pizza - Browns Mills

If you want to wait over an hour for a pizza order here. We use to use them all the time because the food was good but then they started to get orders wrong and took forever for the smallest thing. Not sure what changed. When I call to check they say it's on the way then we wait another twenty minutes. Yesterday our pizza had been clearly sitting for a long time it was cold. They clearly forgot about our order.

I ordered from this establishment using the Slice app. It arrived cold. There's no basil on the pizza at all. Nastiest pizza I've ever had.

Good variety, especially loved the general Tso's pizza. good price and the staff were super friendly.

They used to be really good with quick delivery. This place has really gone down hill. Waited over an hour and a half to get cold, mushy cheese steaks and fries. Don't waste your money.

This place is literally a quarter mile from where I live so I've been getting my pizza etc. from them for about a year and a half. However, the quality in the pizza has been getting worse lately and it's downright unappetizing by now. The crust, especially in the center, is limp and soggy and actually wet. They don't use the pans with the holes, I guess... The chicken cheesesteak was terrible. IDK what they're using for the chicken, but it was somehow wet and dry at the same time, tasted bad, and was overall very disappointing. The french fries are poor, too. If they don't have something you order, they won't call you, they just substitute something else. Order chocolate cake, get tiramisu. Order Coke, get Pepsi. Despite living so close, everything needs to be warmed up again by the time it gets here. And their lack of mask requirement is very concerning, in this age of disease. It's so easy to be considerate of the health of others which is what masks do, protect others from you, not you from others and yet they're permitting customers to breathe and cough in the same air they're cooking in. I'm sad to write this review, but I feel like people should be aware of what they're getting into before they do it. It's awful to spend so much money on food and when it arrives, it's bad.
