El Toro Cantina Authentic Mexican

Our absolutely favorite Mexican spot. We've been here for seven years!! Victor's establishment offers excellent service and the food is excellent!!

Absolutely love this place everyone there is very friendly very nice and the food is awesome it's very good they make sure everything is good they make sure if you need anything to get it for you and did I say how good the food was and how nice and white the staff is I give them a five stars love this place

Pretty decent! The flavors are authentic-ish. The guac had more flavor that a lot of places. The Habanero salsa is so delicious. Chips were served warm and crispy. The restaurant itself is a great size. You can fit small or large parties. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. It's pretty cold in there so bring a sweater if you're a wimp like me. Meals are priced pretty reasonable. Most things during dinner time cost about $8-$10. My plate was huge and the kids plates were just enough for $5. All in all, it's a great place to go for a bite to eat when you're craving Mexican food!

We chose this restaurant as a last-minute decision. Our 5-year-old son wanted Mexican food, and since we were in Brownsburg, we stopped by El Toro. Although the place was quite busy and seemed a bit short-staffed, our waiter provided excellent service. Our food arrived quickly and was delicious! The waiter checked on us just the right amount and made sure our drinks were filled. When the bill came, we noticed that our usual amount of food at other Mexican restaurants (on the northeast side of Indianapolis) was about $10 less than expected. Upon reviewing the prices, we found that well drinks were $1 cheaper, and our entrées were $3 to $5 less than at other similar restaurants we frequent. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend El Toro to anyone in the area looking for great Mexican food at a reasonable price!

I visited this restaurant for lunch and I was really impressed with the food. It’s quite similar to other Mexican restaurants in the area, such as El Meson. I ordered the chicken chimichanga, which had deliciously seasoned chicken wrapped in a crispy tortilla. The restaurant was clean, and the service was quick; my food arrived promptly. Overall, I had a great experience!
