Party was over-priced. Staff were rude and made inappropriate remarks to some of the children and their grandparent who were guests at the party. Server was also rude when we arrived. Spent way too much money to go back here again for what we received. The experience definitely left everyone feeling disappointed.

Super friendly and helpful staff and the kiddos had a great time

I had my son's 10th birthday party at Press Play a couple weeks ago. Up until the party, we have never been there, so I relied heavily on reviews to make my decision. This place is GREAT! Lots to do for the kids and it's super clean. Friendly and helpful staff and there is a nice place inside to get a cold beer. Will definitely be back again.

Did a party package for my son's 9th Bday. I really want to give 4 stars because most of the staff we're really amazing. But there were a few negatives. The lines took forever, so the kids didn't really get to do much in the two hours; they spent about half the time in lines. My son really wanted to do VR, but they only had a few stations open so he only got to do it a couple of times. They also put a time limit on some kids, but not others. The Foam Wars was the longest line and once they got in a few of their guns were broken and the staff wouldn't change them out. They ended up playing Xbox most of the time, which was great, but not really worth the $400!!! The kids still had fun, but if they made a couple of tweaks and fixed the VR sets, it would for sure be 5 stars.

Came here to play a game of Omni VR Sunday. The cost was $15 which is very reasonable. However the setup was very uncomfortable to play and maneuver (run), like the machines aren’t set at the right heights or something if you have to squat to run. Then to top that off my debit card was not charged the $15 but instead a $70 pre-authorization. The $15 posted Monday however here it is Wednesday and I still have a pending charge of $60. Not only was this off putting but also very inconvenient to have ANY funds being held up after I patronized your establishment.
