Did the restaurant cater for our birthday party with a custom cake?

Last night, my wife and I ordered a cake from this restaurant but they forgot to include the cake topper. We called to see if we could at least get a refund on the delivery fee since they made a mistake, but the customer service was very poor. We were disappointed with the service and won't be returning. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They always seem to make mistakes.

The staff was extremely accommodating when it came to customizing a birthday cake.

Went today Wednesday to order cake for Saturday... they are not taking orders!!!... never again

100% UNRELIABLE!!! Do not order at this location! I called on a Wednesday to place an order for a Birthday Party Cake for the upcoming Saturday and was told that Everything was set, that they would call me to pick up my cake a few hours before my party and now the day before my party, on the most stressfull day where I have to prepare everything else, they text me to tell me they won’t be able to make my cake!!! How Irresponsible and Unreliable!!! Never again Linda!!!!
