Taco Bell - Brownsville

To the owner of this Taco Bell, if you happen to see this: your location has a lot of potential for success, but the management and employees on the second shift need improvement. They take too long to take orders and don’t attend to customers well. As a result, we decided to go to Jack in the Box down the street instead. I hope you can enhance the service and consider making changes to the staff for better performance at this location. God bless!

The food sucks we order the grilled steak burrito and it was soggy with a lot of cheese and a couple pieces of steak would not recommend it to anyone
