Wingstop - Brownsville

Normally, I don't like the order from this place because the wings were always overcooked, but since I had delivered it, I ordered from this one because it was the closest. The wings were good, but this time they were understated.

They gave me the food in the wrong door. Try to get in touch with them to get my refund or send out the order again. They said there was no problem that they won't help me because once they picked up the food they couldn't help us. They tried to blame Türdash, but it was them that I placed the order on wing stop web NOT DOORDASH. It was the first time!

This place smelled like sewage water, tables were all dirty, coke machine had a bunch of fingerprints on the screen where ppl with greasy hands would touch it. The wings were hella salty and the Coke watered down. Half the Coke machine was out of service. Overall it wasn't a clean place and i wouldn't be eating here again. The cashier was great though, they were friendly

This particular location has terrible management/ownership and customer service. The employees never answer the phone to take orders. It's clear none of them want to actually do their job. If they cant even answer the phone think about the little care they would also put into sanitation and food prep. The owner should replace the managment there and have some basic job training for employees.. I'm sure im not the only customer who shares this view.. This is no way to run a business!!! Sad!!

My family and I love Wings. So glad that we can enjoy some before crossing the border to México ??
