Morrisons - Broxtowe

The staff was unpleasant and the tables were filthy with no sign of cleaning. The attitude was terrible and the food was low quality and not worth the price.

I ordered the fish pies (£6.49 each) but was disappointed to find them congealed with a hard skin on top. The peas served with them appeared to be prepared hours, if not days, ago. When I complained to the manager, I received no apology and was offered an all day breakfast at a cheaper price. The breakfast arrived quickly but was not fresh. It seems that Morrisons has not made any effort to improve their service, as indicated by other reviews.

I recently visited the Morrisons location in Eastwood a few weeks ago on a Saturday to do my weekly shopping. I usually purchase the 24 baps from the bakery department, which I have been buying for years. However, I have noticed in the past few weeks that the quality of the baps has declined. They have been bland, pale in color, and sometimes hard. Last week, I had to throw them away after taking a bite. Additionally, a few weeks ago, a staff member in the bakery department was rude to me after I politely asked if I could have a fresh batch from the back as the ones on the shelf were of poor quality. Because of this, I have decided to shop elsewhere for my bread rolls and other bakery items. Customer service should always come first, and I am not satisfied with the way I was treated. The rude staff member should be disciplined. I will not be purchasing any more baps from Morrisons, especially since the prices have increased and the quality has declined.

Can't recommend this cafe enough, clean and tidy. Easy to get through and get a pushchair through. Had a small breakfast great value for its price and it was amazing. My little one always has toast, they have small pots of jam, marmalade or honey available. We always come back!! Just can't tell you how lovely the staff are, every single time

I visited morrisons at eastwood this morning and was surprised and discusted at the bedding plants and shrubs on sale. The majority of them were drying from lack of care and water.i frequently visit the ilkeston store also the one at derby,all the plants are well looked after in both stores and I buy plants from them frequently as the quality is very good. I suggest the manager at the eastwood store should pay attention to the employees in the garden section so this is not a reoccurring problem.
