Octopus - Brugelette

A pleasant discovery. far from the cliché of the restaurants of zoological parks. a restaurant for which we will return this discovery was pleasant. by its service, the dishes, the vegetarian option, ... a stay in pairs daiza, there is no photo, it is the octopus or nothing else. during our stay, choice between two different menus.

The breakfast buffet has good variety, but not as well as expected, fruits are very fresh, although service: dine in meal type: breakfast price per person: €20–30

A beautiful, warm and comfortable restaurant, tastefully decorated. staff are friendly and in small care. and food is simply succulent! I've been enjoying the entrance to dessert. staying as a resident, the evening meal (one meal with two choices for the dish and dessert) was a delight: a refreshing gaspacho (amuse-bouche) ; a plant discovery composed of houmous house with peas-chiche, artichoke background, ancient tomato stuffed with burrata spuma, basil and crispy mouillette (entrance); a top of the ardenne fermière poultry, sambre and meuse sauce, rosemary broochettes, stuffed zucchini and salt blossom (plat); and a madagascar vanilla ice cream with homemade chocolate, whipped cream and speculoos (dessert). everything was perfect and excellent quality! When I had breakfast, I rarely saw so many choices in a hotel. The buffet is really varied, copied and there is for all tastes. a little warm depending on the dishes. cakes for the salty part: ham, charcuterie, cheese tray, toast with guacamole and smoked salmon, roasted potatoes, bacon, mushrooms, scrambled eggs, poultry sausage and pork etc. for the sweet part: muffins of all kinds and sizes, donuts, macarons, marbre chocolate cake, madeleines, chocolate bread I warmly recommend this restaurant, the best I could taste to pairi daiza!
