The BEST waffles! We ate 3 waffles today and the ones we got here were heads and tails above the others. We got one with Belgian chocolate and one plain liége. We both loved the liége plain best! The flavor was outstanding and it was worth the wait to get a piping hot waffle. Very friendly guy and they accepted cash and cards. The plain was €3, then toppings were €1-2 each depending on what you wanted. So amazingly good. Moist on the inside, bits of caramelized pearl sugar. Sweet enough you don’t need a topping. Amazing.

Don’t know how many languages John can speak but definitely a lot. Very friendly to start our order to the delivery of the most delicious hand made waffles here in the city. His machine is worth 3.5K euro or so which determines the difference. Highly recommended by our tour guide Pascal too. Enjoy. It will never go wrong.

Would go back to Bruges just for Johns waffles! Warm, delicious and loads of topping options! Highly recommend the Belgium chocolate waffle!

Fantastic waffle fresh, warm, and straight off the iron. I don’t usually seek out treats like this, but am so glad I did. Highly recommend—absolutely delicious. We did a waffle with cream and strawberries. Pascal from #tellmeaboutbruges did not steer us wrong!
