Sonic Drive-in - Brunswick

The food and drink was fine but I felt sorry for the team members that were working so hard and it seems like they were short staffed. They were very friendly and processed to order quickly. I appreciated the transparency of the order taker in the Drive-Thru who said that many of the items were not available due to shortages. Kudos to the team members. Great staff!

Sonic carhop is a good choice for lunch. It's really hard to screw up this menu. I get the #2 burger or the #6 small chillidog. The onion rings are cooked hot for each order, so again they don't sit around often) like the plastic o- rings at the burger

I ordered a mobile order and it took them over an hour to bring it out. It was absolutely ridiculous. I ordered on my phone because it’s usually quicker and I have a toddler who was screaming her lungs out by the end. Absolutely ridiculous. There is no reason for it to take them an hour for a kids meal, a Cherry limeade and some mozzarella sticks. I will not be back. Not to mention the only thing fresh was my mozzarella sticks. The Cherry limeade had no flavor as well. Very disappointing and a complete waste of time and money.

Ordered my food at 5:15 pm and didn’t get my food till an hour later everything was cold and they forgot 1 of the items I came back to get it right and they said the guy wasn’t gonna cook it because he had other orders in front when I’ve wait for like an hour for my food to turn out something was missing and it was cold . I recommend you don’t come to this sonic

Ordered a number 7 foot long Chilli dog. And the Winnie was black and burnt. Absolutely disgusting.
