Love Ciabatta - Bruxelles

Uneducated employees. Not English speaking. Both employees didn’t understand my order or any questions. Overcharged. They didn’t apologize or offer a solution. Poor Poeple. Poor service. Food over priced.

The ciabatta bread at this restaurant lacked a crust and tasted more like soggy bread. I can only give it one star for the ingredients, as they were decent. It would be better if the ciabatta was made fresh to avoid the bread tasting waterlogged.

Today was the 3rd time we came here as the staff is always lovely and the food great. Unfortunately we can't enjoy the lovely terrace and always have to sit inside which is still lovely) due to smokers outside. However, even when we do sit inside smokers seem to choose to sit at the table directly in front of the entrance. So even though I think the food is great it is hard to enjoy it and we always leave sooner than we want due to the entire inside restaurant smelling like cigarettes and after a while even the lovely ciabattas start tasting like cigarettes :

The cappuccinos were served in hot glasses, making them difficult to drink. We had to wait for them to cool down, only to find that the coffee itself was cold. It was a terrible experience. Additionally, at 4.20 euros per glass, it was also quite expensive.

Great Ciabatta, a bit too much bread but that is maybe because I am not too much into Ciabattas . And the coffee is competing with Starbucks for how hot it can be. : Overall still a 9/10
