Bush's Chicken - Bryan

My fried chicken stall EVER! So grateful to have another one near College Station! The chicken is juicy. Our whole family loves Bush!!

I have the Tuesday-dender deal. The offers were really good and bigger than expected. Gravy also tasted good. Christian H took my order. He was very polite and the service was fast.

This new Bush's location is a great example of how the Bush's experience should look. Apart from the fact that the building is a bit too cold, I have no complaints here. The food is very good and consistently fresh, and the place is always kept clean.

We have always love Bush's and have gotten great service. I am not sure what was going on there on the evening of 9/1/2020, but we will not be going back. There were 3 employees waiting on the drive thru customers. We were waiting patiently in line and they skipped our vehicle. We were alright with it because we thought maybe they had gotten confused as to which car they were on. So when they walked right past us 3 times without taking our order, my husband rolled down his window and asked if they were going to take our order, and they totally ignored us. We don't have any bumper stickers or anything offensive on our vehicle and we are good people, but we were treated like we had a disease. After waiting and watching cars drive off that arrived after us, we left. I have never had anyone treat me like that in my life we will not be going back to this location to be mistreated and ignored.

Just came from the one in Bryan and the management was poor, we waited in line for 15 min it was not busy and the employees were standing there doing nothing. The manager took our order and was rude while taking it, my boyfriend asked if he could have a few more packets of hot sauce politely and she rolled her eyes and informed him he could just buy the bottle. Bad experience
