Church's Chicken - Bryan

We hadn't visited Church's Chicken in many years, but we went today and found the food to be excellent. The only downside was that they didn't have any white meat available, so we had to settle for dark meat, but we were still satisfied.

This review is generally for all Church's locations. The chicken doesn't taste the same as before, but the fries are still good, and the mashed potatoes are excellent. However, this particular location sometimes runs out of sides.

I visited this restaurant more than two hours before closing, after driving from another location that was closed, only to encounter the worst customer service I've ever experienced. At the drive-thru, I was met with an extremely negative attitude from the staff. I was outright refused service, as the employee cited a long list of reasons for closing that had nothing to do with a shortage of food. Instead of simply declining my order, she even came outside and yelled at me as I drove by. All I wanted was some chicken and honey biscuits for my family. On a brighter note, the KFC employees I encountered were very friendly.
