Mcdonald's - Bryan

I had a really disappointing experience with the service at this McDonald's. I went through the drive-thru, and the staff member who took my order made me repeat it three times. He didn’t mention the price or anything, which was frustrating. When I got to the window and tried to use my app code, the man was rude and failed to inform me that the code was no longer valid. I had already ordered a $3 bundle, and while he asked for the code over the speaker, he didn’t clarify anything at the window. I've used that same code many times for a $3 bundle at other McDonald's locations, so this was surprising. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.

McDonald's is famous for its fries. However, if you order a basket of fries and receive a serving of undercooked, lukewarm fries, it definitely makes you reconsider returning.

The customer service was disappointing. Public displays of affection in the window are inappropriate, especially for a McDonald's. I had higher expectations for a place like Highway 21, hoping for better service and food.

Use the app, order before time, use the coupons in the app, save money, save time. Who was there with his friends? It has to taste a double-quarter pine with cheese with onions and extra cheese. Food: 5/5

Another poirly run fast food chain store. It's either only cash, or our system is down. This place has poor management. Don't waste yout time/money.
