Írjon visszajelzéstOh my goodness! There are panhandlers outside who are literally screaming to get your attention and ask for money! My orders have been wrong every time I've visited (and I've been here quite a few times). I really need to find a different part of town to go to.
I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. Although it was quite late and crowded, the person at the drive-thru was incredibly polite. I forgot to upgrade everything to a Whatameal at the start, but I asked to add it at the end of my order. He remained calm and courteous throughout the process. The woman who took my payment and delivered the drinks and food was also very polite. Despite the busyness, she made it a point to wish everyone a good night as they departed.
The food was decent, but the fries were a bit overly salted. Unfortunately, the customer service has declined since they partnered with the Chicago company; it definitely seems slower now. The young lady at the register could benefit from some customer service training. It's important to make eye contact with customers and offer a smile—even if you're wearing a mask. When handing over change or a receipt, take a moment to look at the customer instead of just passing it to them without acknowledgment. Additionally, when serving food, it would be nice if they asked if we need any condiments or anything else.
Second time, I had to come to this Whataburger to get a sandwich that was clearly replaced after I asked to not demand a must, you are the only close to me, which is why it is convenient to come, but every time I ask you the order your order needs to pay more attention to the customers and grill the order correctly when they ask it for a certain way. The frits always taste as if they had held the holding time there, either they are soggy because they were pulled out early or they are hard because they were past their 7-minute holding time. I recommend to anyone who asks for him to ask it more convenient if you are right there in the lobby and you ask that they make it fresh that you will get 100% sure that you get it as you need it
It was early morning and it was a great breakfast and it set the mood for the day. The young man who works didn't rush us and that was nice. I will certainly be back for my future breakfast morning
