Philly Pretzel Factory - BRYN MAWR

I called the Pretzel Factory 15 minutes before closing. I said I bought Brezels for the members of the meeting, and I would arrive before the end of the time. Unfortunately, I arrived after closing. The door was locked. I knocked the door. A warm young man unlocked the door. The pulps were packed and finished. Although 3 young people did not leave in time, they were welcoming and helpful. The young woman who wore the box to the door offered to carry the box to my car I am a senior. Although she insisted to wear the box, she was finally blown up again. Before I turned the corner, I noticed she had her eye on me. The 3 young people who welcomed me last night and others are very positive about the Bryn Mawr Pretzel Factory. Thank you. Rosa Serota

This place is great. I needed a platter last minute on a Saturday called them and they were able to get one together in less than hour even though they were closing soon. The pretzels and dipping sauces are delicious.

This place is the best. They've made adorable butterfly-shaped pretzels for our preschool class for years! Always friendly and helpful, and the price is great.

This place has delicious pretzels and a friendly staff, which is great, but that’s usually not enough for me to write a review. My friend and I approached the counter to decide how many pretzels to buy. We settled on 10, but the cashier offered us 15 for the price of 10. We happily accepted this fantastic deal and paid. However, when we left the store, we realized that we had actually received 20 pretzels instead of the 15 we expected. When the opportunity arises for a little extra blessing, you simply say thank you. So, I want to express my gratitude to God and the Philly Pretzel Factory in Bryn Mawr because these pretzels are truly a treat tonight. (For the record, it could have been close to closing time or maybe we just looked like college students. Please don’t ask these kind folks for free pretzels!)

The staff at this restaurant are fantastic—always friendly and very helpful. The location is clean and well-lit. The pastries are made right in view of the storefront, and they smell and look incredible when they come out of the oven. On my last visit, the staff kindly unlocked the door for me after closing time. I purchased 20 hot rolls, and they filled the bag generously. It was such a treat to share with my family at home!
