Aristocats Bistro - Bucharest

Aristocats is the kind of place where you go with your friends to catch up over a cup of tea or coffee and end up having desert as well : It has a nice cosy feeling to it, with a shabby chic look. There are a few light meals to choose from and a lot of indulging treats, if you feel like doing that always fresh and prepared on site. Also, it is a good place to throw a small informal party.

This is a really cozy bistro, in a beautiful old manor house. The owner is usually there and will do everything she can to keep customers happy. I recommend their desserts and homemade cookies. The tea is also very good. The soft music ensures a very relaxed atmosphere where it is easy to engage in conversation. I also liked their chic decorations a lot; it is a place where you feel right at home.

Liked the place, enjoyed the company and I like the fact that we could get a room for non-smoking, but the prices are too high for a casual place to hang out

I was here twice with a friend of mine. The service is excellent. Usually someone will meet you at the entrance and lead you to a table. The waiters are patient and friendly. They tell you all the varieties they have for tea and can also recommend you to eat something good. The quiche is really good here, it is fresh and delicious! When we went there for the first time, I and my friend got a piece of cake on the house at the end of our meal. The decor is classic and cute and drawn with a menu with cats on it. The bathrooms were especially nicely furnished and the light is dim. They also have bookshelves with board games, but I haven't tried them yet. I haven't tried. I strongly recommend this place!

We (meaning a family with 2 restless baby girls) really love this house and especially the people who make it live every day, even before the sun is up! It's like grandpa's secret home inside the town, where you can run upstairs and down thousands of times (our big daughter's favourite game), where you can smell the flowers on the porch and have milk with chocolate and honey at any time of the day. Cream soups are very tasty and appreciated by the kids, salmon pasta is delicious, homemade brioches are colorful! While parents are having a chitchat, kids are drawing or playing with the construction cubes. Life's good!
