Wendy's - Buckeye Lake

I only had a pumpkin frosty at this restaurant. The service was good, and I dined in. The price per person was between $1 and $10. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a 4 out of 5.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. I waited inside the Buckeye Lake location for five minutes, and several employees behind the counter walked past me without acknowledging me. Two employees yelled to others that there were customers up front, but no one responded. Despite there being five people behind the counter, I received no service. As we left, we noticed an employee sitting and smoking on the sidewalk, who then proceeded to light up another cigarette. In summary, the service at this restaurant is poor, and I would recommend ordering takeout instead.

Only 1 star bc there was not a lower choice. Rude rude rude! Employees are rude and have no customer service skills. The employees only follow the examples set by the horribly rude management staff. I ordered a JBC (Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger) and received a plain hamburger with no bacon, no cheese, just meat and bread. The service was for take-out and it was for lunch. The price per person was $10-20. The food and service both received a rating of 1.

The food was not hot and the French fries were too salty. I would not recommend this Wendy's.
